G D Goenka Public School , Bhubaneswar celebrated Vijay Divas today in the morning assembly. 16 December is marked to remember the sacrifices and pains taken up by the soldiers of our country. It’s because of our brave soldiers, 
we sleep peacefully at our home. The Goenkans presented a beautiful patriotic song ” O Desh mere” ( apart from the regular thought and word) to pay their tribute to the martyrs of the nation. The Dean of Academics and Activities, Mr. Pradeep Kumar Ray urged the students, teachers and the staff to remember the great warriors in their prayers and also to express their gratitude to each person who has someway or other helped them. The assembly got dispersed after the National Anthem.
